One of the most powerful gifts you can give yourself is private
sessions with a skilled Unlimited Body Practitioner. This is truly a chance to
transform your life and nurture yourself in a safe, gentle and uplifting
environment. Under the support and guidance of a trained professional you can
address any issues from physical health, to financial well being.
Unlimited Body sessions begin with a consultation
with your Unlimited Body Practitioner. In the first session your practitioner
will explain more of the philosophy and techniques of Unlimited Body and answer
any questions. He/She will explore with you what you want to accomplish, discuss
the approximate number of sessions involved and explain the cost.
Recognizing that the body comes fully equipped to
heal itself, and that all of us have amazing untapped potential to achieve our
dreams and desires; Unlimited Body uses the physical body as the pathway to
healing and success. At the beginning of each session the Practitioner will help
you explore what you are experiencing in your body and educate you about
possibilities to support you in accomplishing your desired results. This process
will involve having you either walking or standing in front of a mirror. As you
do one of these activities you will be guided to discover where your body holds
resistance to your healing or your success. You and the Practitioner will agree
on a strategy for removing these blocks.
Now you are ready to begin the bodywork section of
the session. It usually lasts from fifteen minutes to one hour, but the length
is based on achieving the releases desired in the body, not on the clock. During
this time you will lay down fully clothed, except for your shoes, on a
comfortable massage table while the practitioner begins addressing the
constricted area with the gentle, non invasive techniques of Unlimited Body.
One of the unique things about Unlimited Body is
that the Practitioner is trained to follow the natural flow of your body, to
support it in choosing to let go of the block rather than adjusting or
manipulating the body to achieve a prescribed release. It is not a form of
massage, palpation, stimulation or triggering to create a result but rather a
process of honoring the body’s innate wisdom to unravel the complex combination
of mental, emotional, physical and spiritual components creating the block in
the first place. This is all accomplished by carefully and skillfully listening
to the subtle movements and messages of the body. As these messages are received
and completed the body will let go of the restrictions and allow for healing or
achieving the desired goal.
When the bodywork is complete there will be a
period of exploration and discussion to see if the agreed upon goals have been
met. The practitioner may then give you homework to work on before the next
session, and you will complete by scheduling the date and time of the next
session.
For Unlimited Body there is not a set number of
sessions but instead this is established between you and your Practitioner based
on your goals. It can range from one session to relieve a specific discomfort to
a series of sessions to help you regain your body’s natural fluidity, health and
untapped potential. While one session can often be very effective at releasing a
symptom, it is most often recommend that several session be taken. It is
structured this way for several reasons. First, studies have shown that real,
permanent change is accomplished through a process of repetition and
reinforcement. Even if limitations and constrictions are released or corrected
in a single session there is often habit behavior accumulated over the years
that must be identified and changed. Without addressing these habits and
integrating the new learning, you can find yourself recreating old problems.
A second reason is that there is a cumulative
effect of Unlimited Body. As one restriction is released it changes the entire
balance of your body’s system, and other constrictions and blocks that weren’t
readily apparent before begin to emerge. As the Practitioner becomes familiar
with you they frequently find other restrictions that were being covered up by
the presenting symptoms of the first visit. They can see patterns that get in
your way of being fully alive and healthy. You and your Practitioner work
together as a team creating a synergy and, you begin to learn how to truly
listen to and trust your body.
Third, in Unlimited Body you are becoming more
aware of yourself at all levels. You are learning how to live life to its
fullest. In this teaching and discovery you are learning how to better
consciously create the results you want in your life. Part of this involves a
period of practice. As you implement new behaviors, you will receive feedback
from your everyday life. Understanding this feedback and adjusting for it is an
integral part of the Unlimited Body experience.

Breath Sessions Descriptions

transform your life and nurture yourself in a safe, gentle and uplifting
environment. Under the support and guidance of a trained professional you can
address any issues from physical health, to financial well being.
Unlimited Breath sessions begin with a consultation with your
Unlimited Breath Practitioner. In the first session the practitioner will
explain more of the philosophy, history and techniques of Unlimited Breath and
answer any questions. He/She will explore with you what you want to accomplish
and you will arrive at an agreement on the number of sessions and the cost. Next
the practitioner will generally begin an organized interview process. This is
designed to help them learn more about your history, and help you discover
unknown patterns that may be limiting you in accomplishing your goals. After the
interview/discussion section the practitioner will teach you the Five Breathing
Basics of Unlimited Breath and describe some of the more common experiences
people have.
Now you are ready to begin the breathing section of the session.
It usually lasts from forty-five minutes to one hour and fifteen minutes. During
this time you will lay down fully clothed, except for your shoes, on a
comfortable pad or massage table to be coached through a breathing cycle.
When the breathing cycle is complete there will be a period of
discussion about any of the experiences you encountered and any insights gained.
The practitioner will then give you homework to work on before the next session,
and you will complete by scheduling the date and time of the next session.
The average Unlimited Breath sessions lasts from one and one half

For the first time client of Unlimited Breath there is a set
program of ten sessions. It is structured this way for several reasons. First,

us subventilate most of the time, it can take a while to learn the breathing
process correctly and as we do we access deeper and deeper material. In addition
the practitioner gets to know and understand you better so that they can see

beginning and as you work together as a team, you develop a trust and synergy
that allows you to discover more.
Third, in Unlimited Breath you are learning a process and are
becoming more aware of yourself. In this teaching and discovery you are learning
how to better consciously create the results you want in your life. Part of this
involves a period of practice. As you implement new behaviors, you will receive
feedback from your everyday life. Understanding this feedback and adjusting for
it is an integral part of the Unlimited Breath experience.
Fourth, ten sessions is also the recommended stopping place with
your first practitioner. Unlimited Breath is committed to supporting you in your
own empowerment. It is not in your best interest to develop a dependency on your
practitioner. For this reason it is recommended that you change practitioners
after ten sessions. This does not mean that you cannot ever go back to your
original practitioner for future support but rather that it is better for you to
establish yourself more as your own guru. This is most easily accomplished by
experiencing different practitioners.
Once you have completed your ten sessions with a practitioner it
is recommended that you schedule ten sessions with a practitioner of the
opposite sex from your first practitioner. Unlimited Breath is very effective at
discovering and releasing subconscious material built up over a lifetime that
inhibits you from achieving your full potential. Often times this material is
connected to issues with your mother and father. By working with male and female
practitioners we actually more efficiently key into these issues because we
subconsciously tend to activate father issues in the presence of a man and
mother issues in the presence of a woman.
After having completed your ten sessions with two practitioners,
you will know the breathing technique well and will be able to use the technique
on your own. This can be very helpful in keeping yourself balanced in daily
life. You will probably still want to take individual sessions from time to time
with any practitioner of your choice to help you uncover and release other
blocks that get in your way. It is often times difficult to be objective with
ourselves and very hard to see our blind spots with out outside support.
